Base prices above are for homes up to 1,600 sq ft. For homes larger than that, we add $150 for every additional 1,000 sq ft (or portion thereof) beyond 1,600.
- 1,601 – 2,600 sq ft → +$150
- 2,601 – 3,600 sq ft → +$300
- 3,601 – 4,600 sq ft → +$450
- 4,601 – 5,600 sq ft → +$600 (and so on — $150 per bracket)
Quick examples: Signature on a 2,700 sq ft home = $360 + $300 = $660. Premier on a 1,800 sq ft home = $550 + $150 = $700. Platinum on a 4,200 sq ft home = $795 + $450 = $1,245.
