What is your turnaround time?
24 hours on every package. Photos, drone images, and media are delivered via download link the day after the shoot so your listing can hit the market on day one.
Do you shoot outside of Sarasota?
Yes — we cover Sarasota, Siesta Key, Lakewood Ranch, Venice, Osprey, Bradenton, Longboat Key, Bird Key, and Palmer Ranch at standard pricing. Shoots further out in Southwest Florida are available with a small travel fee — just ask for a quote.
Is drone photography included in every package?
Yes. Signature includes 6 drone shots, Premier includes 10, and Platinum includes 16. Extra drone photos are $20 each or $100 for a set of five. Our drone operator is FAA Part 107 certified.
How do square footage fees work?
Package base prices cover homes up to 1,600 sq ft. For larger homes we add $150 for every additional 1,000 sq ft (or portion thereof). A 2,700 sq ft home on Signature = $360 + $300 = $660. A 4,200 sq ft home on Platinum = $795 + $450 = $1,245. No surprises — the adjustment is quoted up front.
Can I add a virtual tour later?
Virtual tours need to be captured on the shoot day. Premier and Platinum bookings get the virtual tour at 50% off ($100 instead of $200). On Signature it's available at the standard $200.
What do deliverables look like?
High-resolution, fully edited JPGs optimized for MLS, social, and print. Reels and videos are delivered as MP4. Floor plans are PDF + PNG. Virtual tours are hosted with a shareable link. Everything is named clearly and organized into folders.
Do I need to have the home staged?
It helps, but it's not required. We'll send a pre-shoot prep checklist after booking — bed-making, lights-on, blinds, countertop clearing. If you want full staging coordination we can recommend local stagers.
What happens if it rains?
We monitor the forecast and reach out the day before. Interior-heavy shoots still go as planned; drone and twilight shots move to the next available dry window at no extra cost. There's no reschedule fee for weather.
Who owns the photos?
You get a license to use the photos freely for the listing, personal marketing, your website, and social media. LF Property Media retains copyright and the right to use work in our portfolio. Exclusive/full-rights buyouts are available — ask.
